.jenniferbowling.fnp.c gave the all the tox area treatments yesterday .med.spa and here are a few things immediately after that you want to avoid:

1. H- no Hats/headbands or any tight fitting material over the treatment site

2. E- no exercise, no strenuous activity or heated environments like a sauna for the first day

3. L- no laying down, keep that head above your heart for a good 4-6 hours

4. R-no rubbing or manipulation, no facials or gua sha treatments that first day 🤍

As always this list is not all inclusive and highlights the biggies IMO. Always check with your injector if you ever have any questions or concerns
