Piedmont Home Care provides home care services at home, at assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, and in the hospital. It can be as few as six hours a day, or around the clock care. With Piedmont Home Care, our home care services are always personalized and always one-on-one, using honest, caring and dependable caregivers . Whether it’s bathing, transfer assistance, preparing food, monitoring medication intake, or changing linens, our CNAs will take care of it. Our goal is to provide the best care possible while safely allowing the client independence, all to allow family to have quality time together without the day to day worries. All of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs), and provide care based on a personalized care plan created by our Director of Nursing, following an in-home assessment and in consultation with our client’s physician. Reassessments are scheduled regularly, but may occur more frequently if there is a change in the client’s condition. We can come one day, all seven, or some number in between. All we ask is a 6-hour minimum shift. With Piedmont Home Care, there are no contracts, no deposits, and no minimum number of days a week. You decide when you need us, and we will be there.
