Hi friends 🩷 Ashley here, re-introducing myself as I create a dedicated space for my offerings.

Truth be told, I’ve felt disconnected with my reiki offerings this past year as I navigate *still* adjusting to the South, graduate school, work, travels, married life, and all things in between that. However lately, my soul has been calling reiki back, along with the much more intentional practices & offerings that I used to share. Hence, this space is here now ✨

I honestly don’t know much what to say in this first post… but hi, welcome, and I hope to share space & connect with you sometime next year 🌀 maybe new moon circles.. virtual meditation group.. what do you need?

Other than that, I am opening up my offerings by starting off with 1:1 sliding scale distant reiki + eft sessions 🤲🏽 lmk if you are open to receive, release & be energetically held ✨

You’ll start the evening with a guided yoga practice & reiki, followed by an Ecstatic Dance journey led by DJ McNice.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform conscious dance journey that welcomes people of all backgrounds. It’s a space to explore through movement, let go of all judgments, expectations, and allow yourself to tap-in to your emotions, sensations, body, mind & spirit. In Ecstatic Dance, you are welcome to move in a way that feels authentic to you! We aim to bring in a respectful & safe space for exploration.

Maitrī (Sanskrit - Maitrī ; Pali - Metta) means loving-kindness, the quality of befriending ourselves & the world.

Join us this weekend ✨ we’ve got an amazing lineup of powerful offerings, plus a great Small Business Saturday sale happening tomorrow! We are so excited to welcome Ashley RN, BSN, NC-BC] to the shala this Sunday, can’t wait to practice with you!

Ashley is a Filipina yoga teacher (RYT-500, RPYT) who believes that yoga is a powerful tool that helps achieve a holistic well-being and reconnects us to our true & highest Self. She started her yoga practice in 2012 while she was in Nursing school, and did her YTT at Yoga Garden SF in 2018. She mainly studied to deepen her practice but during her training, she felt a deeper awakening and realized that she is passionate to share the wisdom of yoga and have this accessible for all people. She continued with her 300 hour study and also studied Yoga Energetics & Philosophy, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Ayurveda at Yoga Garden SF. In her yoga classes, Ashley aims to provide a trauma-sensitive & sacred space to tune in with the self and use this practice as an act of self love.
