This woman in her early thirties lost ~80 lbs through healthy lifestyle changes and met with Dr. Howell to discuss body contouring and breast enhancement. Together, they decided she would be a great candidate for an abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks with a right breast reduction and left breast lift. She had various cosmetic facial surgeries performed by other providers years prior and discussed these with Dr. Howell. After consultation, she chose to have a browlift, facelift, and laser resurfacing and address her nasal concerns in the future. This patient in her mid-40’s wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen, flanks and inner thighs as well as enhance her buttocks. She and Dr. Howell chose to proceed with liposuction and SmartLipo to the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs in combination with BBL fat injections to the buttocks. She could have benefited from excision of the excess abdominal skin, but she did not want to do that at this time. She is pleased with her decision and her result, and is shown before and about 3 months after her surgery.
