Turn The Page: A Sober Book Club 🌟

Join our 6-week therapeutic journey exploring shame's impact on addiction and explore paths to lasting freedom. Liora Shir, LCSW-A, LCAS-A will facilitated discussion using John Bradshaw's time-tested classic, Healing The Shame That Binds You, and evidence-based therapy.

This group is designed for individuals who are committed to sobriety and want to strengthen their recovery, regardless of how early they are in the process. Our focus will be on making healthier choices and fostering growth through meaningful discussions and self-reflection. The only requirement is a sincere desire to maintain sobriety.

Student interns at Full Life have availability for both in-person and virtual sessions (including evenings and weekends). Daniel Domingue, Becky Harman and Whitney Scott are all nearing the end of their graduate programs and strengthening their clinical skills under the supervision of our clinical director, Leigh Zick Dongre, PhD, LCMHC-S, LCAS, CCS. Becky's profile isn't up on the site yet because she starts in February, but check us out at fulllifecounseling.com!

Their rates start at $60/session but can be adjusted lower according to client need.
