We are so very excited for the expansion of space with the move here in Liberty Plaza!...and for the convenience of parking downtown still! I can't thank our client's enough for all of there love and support through it all. I've hand my hands busy building and staining, unpacking and assembling, and we can't wait to welcome all of our client's in to this new healing space! 🙌

We had such a great time with our seniors this week at Brookridge Life Plan Community! Everyone was so excited, and so appreciative of the loving care, and for the live demos and education on health, safety and self care, utilizing our therapies as a team. We are also very excited to bring Lawton James, LMBT, to the practice this month as well! More exciting news to come! We will be doing much more for them, so stay in touch! 🙌

Techstars AI & Life Sciences week in Innovation Quarter was such a memorable event! It was inspiring to take part with so many talented innovators, mentors, and experts come together including Jon Bloom (Podimetrics), Colby Ford, PhD, Margaret Malone (Flare Capital Partners), Kenya Odour, PhD, Dr. Rasu Shrestha, and Ben Tingey (Advocate Health), whose insights and support were invaluable. Events like these truly showcase the power of collaboration in the Winston-Salem startup community. Let’s keep connecting, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other’s growth.

I had the privilege of attending the Massage Therapy Foundation’s 2025 International Massage Therapy Research Conference (IMTRC) this year in Alexandria, Virginia. Held only once every three years, this prestigious event brought together leaders, clinicians, educators, and researchers from across the massage therapy field to explore the latest research and its practical applications. It was an inspiring learning experience, and I was especially grateful for the opportunity to connect with one of my key mentors, Ruth Werner. A heartfelt thank you to all of the outstanding speakers, including Dr. Cynthia Price, Cal Cates, LMT, Dr. Ann Kennedy, Dr. Niki Munk, Dr. Geoffrey Bove, Dr. Jeffrey Dusek, Dr. Hunter Groninger, Dr. Sarah Fogarty, Dr. Portia Resnick, Dr. Samantha Zabel, and Dr. Tracey Gaudet, for sharing their expertise and advancing our profession.

They have so much great talent graduating this year and I have enjoyed meeting and speaking with everyone at the event! Special thanks to Forsyth Tech Community College for hosting us and supplying us with refreshments for the students! We had a wonderful turn out for the event! 🙏🏼🙂

These approaches truly work to activate & strengthen the parasympathetic and decrease our bodies fight or flight response. I dont believe in a cookie cutter protocol, but in educating yourself,, listening to and honoring your body and YOU CAN find therapies that work best for you! 🫶🧘‍♀️
