Simply Therapy, P.C. Simply Therapy provides speech and language therapy services to children of all ages with a variety of speech and/or language delays and disorders.

Services are provided in our Winston-Salem and Kernersville clinics. Simply Therapy offers family based services that address the speech, language, feeding and myofunctional needs of the WHOLE child. We are passionate about intervening early, addressing core concerns, and giving clients and their families confidence and support during their journey to more effective communication. Communication is essential to social and emotional growth, developing and maintaining meaningful relationships, learning, and functioning independently in the community. Did you know that SLPs can assist with transition to solid foods if your baby is having difficulty?

We can help if your baby demonstrates:

-Difficulty chewing and/or swallowing certain food textures
​
-Avoiding foods due to texture, color, and/or smell
​
-Difficult behaviors at mealtime, food refusal
​
-Restrictive diet/eating only a limited list of foods
​
-Refusing foods that were previously tolerated or enjoyed

-Suspected lip and/or tongue tie

-Signs or symptoms of aspiration

-Known Dysphagia

While she had a rather anticlimactic departure, due to the ice/snow-pocalypse of 2026, we finally had a chance to properly celebrate Lisa’s retirement last night, with the help of , and 🥳

After 5 wonderful years of serving as our office manager, greeting and loving on our clients each day, mothering each one of us in one way or another, and generally keeping us all straight (in MANY different ways) we’re so happy to send her off into retirement with her dear husband and nothing but adventures ahead!!

Thank you Lisa, for ALL you brought to Simply Therapy and into all of our lives 💛
