Soul health takes work but is sooooo worth it!
Soul Care Sunday...when your food loves you back. 🥰
Way back in graduate school, I developed the habit of doing food prep on Sunday to make my like easier during the week. I find the chopping, slicing and dicing very relaxing while also knowing it's a form of pre-emptive self care. As I was eating my very tasty salad, this little microgreen found its way to my fork. It made me smile that nature knows how to show some love when needed.
I launched the Soul Health Scholars Level One certification yesterday. As I've said many times, there's nothing better for me than watching souls evolve and I look forward to seeing how the participants grow. Level One is all about teaching how the soul shows up in our human condition and how to learn the basics of healing. This is not only a new chapter for the participants, it is a new chapter for me--the culmination of 55 years of life (and many lifetimes). It does my soul well to know I'm passing on some ancient wisdom that will help others heal and evolve.
I spent the afternoon yesterday at a local winery with a friend and the better part of today outside (2 long walks and some yard work), all of which fed my own soul.
What did you do to season your soul today?
