For those interested in a short deep dive into a mixture of shamanic and IFS explorations, I am excited to be offering two options for a 3-hour Shamanic IFS Healing Circle - either in person or online - on May 9 or 14, 2025. (There’s just 1 spot left for May 9th and a few for the 14th.)
These Healing Circles combine the power of Internal Family Systems (IFS) with the power of deep sacred group work. This 3-hour circle will be experiential and include guided meditation, parts mapping, an embodied group sculpting, and a shamanic journey. When we do this work in a group, witnessing and sharing with others, it greatly empowers our own work as well as building like-minded community.
