These circles bring in deep compassion and awareness to facilitate healing through inner parts mapping, embodied group sculpting, and a shamanic journey. Witnessing and sharing healing experiences with others empowers each person’s own journey. Both shamanic practices and Internal Family Systems have helped me to heal deeply, as well as open and connect spiritually in ways that transformed my life. I love sharing these practices in healing circles - and my next one is February 28th in Winston-Salem!
This half-day Shamanic IFS Healing Circle is experiential and includes guided meditation, parts mapping, an embodied group sculpting, and a shamanic journey. When we do this work in a group, witnessing and sharing with others, it greatly empowers our own work as well as building like-minded community.
