rnes method of Myofascial Release using gentle sustained pressure to release myofascial restrictions in the body, creating "space" for pain free movement. Bruno Chikly, M.D.is the designer of the Lymph Drainage Therapy method I employ. Lymph is the fluid system of our body that is responsible for maintaining a health immune system. I use gentle pressure with this work. It is very helpful before or after surgery to help prevent painful swelling. Swedish Massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment, using oils, that increases blood flow and helps loosen tight muscles. And Aromatherapy has to do with using Essential Oils to support the body find balance. Now I'm looking to revive my Medically-Approved Swedish Massage trainings for couples and partners. The Instructional Retreats for Couples and Partners focus on teaching two people to give each other a full-body massage in a safe setting. I have chosen the North Carolina mountains as the training location. This area affords couples/partners the opportunity to connect with beauty in nature and take in a hike if desired.
