🤝💚 World Breastfeeding Week 2025

Breastfeeding is a team effort—and support makes all the difference. This World Breastfeeding Week, we’re calling on individuals, families, workplaces, health providers, and community partners to come together and support breastfeeding families.

At WIC, we believe that when we collaborate and connect, we create a stronger, more supportive environment where moms can feel confident, cared for, and empowered.

✨ Whether you’re a partner, a friend, a nurse, an employer, or a neighbor—you have a role to play.

Let’s build a network of care that lifts up families, shares knowledge, and works together to protect breastfeeding as a public health priority and a human right.

At WIC, we know that breastfeeding is more than a choice—it’s a journey. And no one should have to take that journey alone.
This World Breastfeeding Week, we’re celebrating the power of continuous breastfeeding support—from pregnancy through infancy and beyond—as a key part of building a healthier, more sustainable world for our children. 🌱

💡 Breastfeeding is natural, zero-waste, and good for both baby and the environment. But it’s our ongoing support—through WIC peer counselors, nutritionists, lactation help, and family-centered care—that makes it possible for moms to succeed.
