A reminder that access to free housing, food, access to health care, are all basic human rights and su***de prevention.

Talking about mental health can seem daunting because of stigma and lack of comfortability around the topic. We also live in a society where we are constantly looking to “fix” things. However, we don’t require “fixing” we just need to be heard, validated, and seen. Here are some do’s and don’ts when it comes to talking about mental health! 🧠

Hablar de salud mental puede resultar abrumador debido al estigma y la incomodidad que genera. Vivimos en una sociedad donde constantemente buscamos "arreglar" las cosas. Sin embargo, no necesitamos ser arreglados, solo necesitamos ser escuchados, reconocidos y vistos. ¡Aquí tienes algunos consejos sobre qué hacer y qué no hacer al hablar de salud mental! 🧠
