Wow, it's hard to believe it's been over a month since the last time Kristy Ainsworth-Redding, Dora Jean Staplefoote Banks and I went walking. It was great to be with my girls again.

Today was an interesting day; one of those days where my body took over. This morning, my body chose sleep over working out. When that happens, I just go with it because my body is telling me that it/I need the rest.

Once I got up and started moving around, I did not have time to do my regular Wednesday routine. By the time I finished up with everything I had to do today, it was almost 7 p.m. Of course, my first instinct was to call it a day and climb in my bed but, I made a conscious decision to get my Wednesday workout in instead. And that is exactly what I did.

It is now 9:44 p.m. and I have just climbed into bed and am watching one of my beloved TV shows from the 90's, "The Outer Limits" (an episode with one of my all time favorite actors, Clancy Brown).

It's gonna take time for my body and mind a while to wind down after doing an intense workout so late in the evening but, as far as I'm concerned, it was worth it.

The point to this post? Listen to your body and, once you've given it what it needs, push on and get it done!

Happy Sunday, Transformationers!

I started FOOD PREP for the coming week last evening with homemade chili (yummy) and tuna salad, I'm finishing up this afternoon with baked potatoes and baked chicken.
