Hello, I’m Ashley, founder of Brookstown Wellness, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to introduce myself to this community.
I’ve been a massage therapist for 10 years, with a practice focused on therapeutic massage, pain management, deep-tissue work, and injury rehabilitation. My background in athletics and education has shaped the way I approach care — with an emphasis on understanding the body, supporting recovery, and helping clients stay active and healthy long-term.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals managing chronic pain, recovering from injuries, and striving to improve performance.
My goal is always the same: to provide focused, effective treatments that support mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall well-being. I founded Brookstown Wellness with these goals in mind and have built a team with that same focus.
Outside the office, I enjoy strength training, traveling, trying new foods, and reading, passions that help me stay inspired and grounded.

Our wellness membership program was established in 2017 as an in-depth pilot initiative with a select group of clients.
The goal was to provide a genuine representation of how individuals with active lifestyles can alleviate pain and maintain long-term relief through consistent bodywork and soft tissue treatments.
While the program offers discounted sessions as a bonus, the true value lies in the tangible benefits: the relief from chronic shoulder pain that disrupts sleep, and the ability to move freely throughout the day without the discomfort of lower back pain, to feel better overall on a daily basis without relying on constant pain medication.
