Our wellness membership program was established in 2017 as an in-depth pilot initiative with a select group of clients.
The goal was to provide a genuine representation of how individuals with active lifestyles can alleviate pain and maintain long-term relief through consistent bodywork and soft tissue treatments.
While the program offers discounted sessions as a bonus, the true value lies in the tangible benefits: the relief from chronic shoulder pain that disrupts sleep, and the ability to move freely throughout the day without the discomfort of lower back pain, to feel better overall on a daily basis without relying on constant pain medication.

We just released our Christmas in July(ish) gift card event. Now through July 7th…. Gift cards are buy one get one 50% off. Load up a card for yourself or stack up a couple for gifts.

This event was such a huge success for Black Friday and I am super grateful that we get to do it again.

We have expanded our prenatal services, and added multiple practitioners in this modality that have taken specialized training to better serve our clients.

We pride ourselves on being soft tissue specialists. We work with local practitioners, physical therapists, and chiropractors to create treatment plans that get you moving and keep you moving.

We work with you through shoulder repairs and hip replacements.

We continue customized treatment plans even through your maintenance visits and wellness membership visits.

We have clients that have been with us since our humble beginnings almost ten years ago.
