What a crazy week! This weekend is Strixhaven Pre-Release. We are sold on Friday night and just had a few spots open for Sat. Day and Sat. Night.

So be warned my friends that space is limited for play and Pre-Release takes priority for seating.

The House of Cards Story

Formerly Kit Kringle Winston

In 2016 William Reid became the owner of House of Cards where customers old and new continue to experience community centered around the games we all know and love. His goal in taking ownership was to see the gaming community he knew continue to thrive under the leadership of someone who already knew, and had a deep affection for, the established community of tabletop gamers here in the Triad. Since 2016 House of Cards has continued to hold it’s place as one of the premier locations to play in the Winston-Salem area.

Reid has cultivated a wonderful staff consisting of General Manager: Tara Penland, and Retail Specialist/MTG Judge: Michael G. Newsome II. The business has also been fortunate to see several volunteers who love House of Cards offer their time to see events and other aspects of our culture be successful.

The event that stands out as the culmination of what we strive to be as a local business and member of the community is our Annual DBSA Mental Health Charity Tournament. This tournament has one purpose: to raise awareness and funds for those who struggle with mental illness, anxiety, and depression.
