                                            You're doin' too much, sis 💕
And that’s a hard pill to swallow because you think if you stop doing everything, it won't get done (or it won't get done RIGHT!)
It’s actually the complete opposite
Your family/friends/coworkers can tell when you’re doing things from a place of love vs. resentment
They can FEEL it!
And I’m not talking about letting everything go, quitting you job and getting complacent or lazy. 
I’m talking about actually slowing down and letting yourself just BE OKAY with the way things are right now! 
What happens when you do?
✅ less stress & anxiety (no more burnout!!)
✅ more self love, self trust & self acceptance
✅ PEACE, CALM, GROUNDED & CENTERED
So how can you slow down & do less?
🔥 prioritize yourself.  You MUST put yourself, your needs, and your wants ahead of everyone and everything else.  And that's not being selfish.  It's self care.  Pour into yourself. 
🔥 go outside.  How often are you putting down your phone, closing your laptop, and just stepping outside to be fully present with nature?  Trust me, do this more often and see how things shift for you.
🔥 develop a morning routine--especially one that includes starting off in silence, meditation, gratitude, a little movement, and self reflection through journaling.
And guess what happens when you truly embody this? I mean TRULYYYYY!
You hit goals without even trying. Without the struggle, without the stress & anxiety, without the hustle & grind, and without feeling like a you're gonna lose your 💩 all the time
