Talking about your mental health does NOT make it worse — in fact, it’s often the first step toward healing.
Silence can feel safe, but speaking up is powerful. Whether it’s with a friend, therapist or support group, your voice matters.
Our local Out of the Darkness Walk, in support of The American Foundation for Su***de Prevention, was this Saturday. We enjoyed the brisk morning, the fellowship, and the celebration of life that this event always focuses on. We'd like to thank all Old Vineyard staff who, through various fundraising efforts, helped us raise $1,258 for su***de prevention awareness.

We offer compassionate care, flexible options and a community that understands what you're going through.
Last Friday, we celebrated our Mental Health Technicians with our annual MHT Day Cook Out. All Old Vineyard staff were invited to attend the cookout in honor of our amazing MHT staff. We hope our MHT staff feel appreciated on MHT Day and every day for all that they do to care for our patients.

We would like to thank Kerri Cole for 18 years of dedicated service to Old Vineyard. As our Director of Business Development, Kerri has spent many years educating those in our community about the services we offer. Kerri's passion for helping others, her dedication to the mission of Old Vineyard, and her loyalty will be sorely missed. While bittersweet, Kerri's retirement is cause for gratitude and celebration.
We wish her great joy in this next chapter!

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Reaching out for support shows courage, self-awareness and a commitment to your well-being.
You are not alone. You are stronger than you think.
Old Vineyard completed our annual Nursing Skills Fair earlier this week. The Game Night theme was a great platform for refresher education and allowed for everyone to have a bit of fun while learning. Thank you to our Staff Educator, Tandy, and her team of support who pulled off another successful Nursing Skills Fair and proved that work can be fun!

Did you know that 1 in 5 Americans experience a mental health issue each year?
Let’s break the stigma by separating myths from facts because understanding leads to compassion.
Meet Pam, Antwoine, and Gabe. These Old Vineyard staff are proudly supporting ***dePreventionAwarenessMonth and look great in their t-shirts. We are thankful to have employees like these who truly have a passion for helping others.

PHP vs. IOP — What’s the Difference?
Understanding the levels of care in mental health treatment is key to finding the right support. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers structured, daytime treatment for individuals requiring intensive support, while our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a more flexible, part-time approach to therapy. Each program is designed to meet different needs on the path to recovery.
