From our family to yours, THANK YOU. We’re beyond grateful. Although we’ve come a LONG way since opening in 2013, we’re still a (literal) mom and pop shop where we chat business in our kitchen and make decisions in car rides with the kiddos in the back seat.

Thankfully, we’re landslides better at keeping work and home separate from when we opened but as business owners, it can be a non-stop job of figuring things out we’ve never done before. When you send your friends, neighbors, aunties, coworkers, parents, sister-in-laws, etc, it matters. It allows Twin City Health to grow in ways that provide raises for our team, creates new jobs, and makes more stories of healing possible.

Whether you’ve been around since the beginning or are just reading this story for the first time, thank you for being here. You are why we exist and we’ll never stop being grateful for it.

Our Story

At Twin City Health, we exist so that people experience hope, health, & wholeness. We provide holistic chiropractic care for adults, children, and expecting moms. We empower patients with natural health knowledge, and encourage others to live healthy, fulfilled lives. We look to the cause of health issues instead of simply covering symptoms, and believe EVERYONE can benefit from quality nutrition, exercise, minimizing toxicity, drinking more water, and having an empowered mindset.

Dr. Tom and Marissa Nixon are the proud owners of Twin City Health. Dr. Nixon was inspired to become a chiropractor after watching his Dad, through a natural route, reverse his diabetes, heart disease, lose over 100 pounds, and come off all his medication. Marissa, originally a huge chiropractic skeptic, underwent quite the change of heart after experiencing relief from almost a lifetime of terrible migraines. Together, they are incredibly grateful not only for the natural health knowledge they've acquired for themselves, but also for the opportunity to share that knowledge with others.
