As the weather warms up, staying hydrated becomes one of the most important ways to support your body both in and out of the studio. Hot yoga naturally increases sweat loss, so drinking water consistently throughout the day, not just before class, can help you feel stronger, more energized, and better recover afterward.

Try starting your morning with a full glass of water, keeping a reusable bottle with you, and adding electrolytes after especially sweaty classes or time spent outdoors. Hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumber, berries, and citrus can also help you stay balanced. Taking care of your body with simple habits like these can make a big difference in how you feel all summer long.

As we honor Holi, a time of renewal, light, and fresh beginnings, we’re reminded of the power of starting again with intention.

After a meaningful response to this series earlier this year, we’re excited to welcome James and Tim back for another round of Mindfulness Foundations on Sundays April 12, 19, 26, and May 3 from 10:30–11:45am. Rooted in the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (MIEA) program, this 4-week series offers a practical and supportive introduction to mindfulness through guided meditation, reflection, and accessible teaching.

You’ll learn tools to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and build steadiness in both attention and emotion, creating space for more calm and clarity in your daily life. Participants will also receive access to the MIEA Mindfulness App for continued support between sessions, with guided practices and reflections to help you stay consistent. No experience needed. Come as you are.

Fee: $100 for all four sessions. Register in the Momence app.

As the days grow longer and the light shifts toward spring, many of us feel the urge to refresh our homes and clear away the clutter of winter. Yoga invites us to practice this same kind of spring cleaning within—gently clearing the mind, awakening the body, and reconnecting with the spirit. Each time we step onto the mat, we release what no longer serves us and create space for more breath, more movement, and more presence. When we care for our inner world and our physical space, we make room for the things we truly love and enjoy. Let this season be a reminder that renewal begins from the inside out.
