Happy Groundhog Day, yogis! Our favorite groundhog Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning. According to the legend, six more weeks of winter are on the way. That being said, don't let the snow keep you from warming up at the studio this week!

10:00am - Hot Power with Lauren (fun class this morning!)
12:00pm - Hot26 with Carly
1:30pm - Hot Power with Joanna
3:00 - Inferno Hot Pilates Level One with Carly

Happy February! This comes as no surprise to those of you who are from North Carolina, but Aware Hot Yoga will be closed today due to the largest snowfall we've seen in years. Bundle up, go build a snowman, and practice a little yoga from the warmth of your home. We wish we could wave a magic wand and have you back in the studio today, but this isn't in the cards with the state of the roads. We will keep you posted on our reopening. Until then, happy Sunday, yogis.

Weather update! Aware is opening tomorrow at 10am, and the last class will be our 5pm. As of 4pm on Monday, MLK Drive, Trade St, and 9th have not been plowed. The lot next to Earl’s has been plowed; surrounding streets have not. Please use your best judgment and travel safely. As always, check Momence for the most up-to-date schedule!

You asked and we are bringing it to you, my Aware Hot Yoga friends! Julia-Grace Polich and Trevor Deiterle will be hosting a Partner Yoga Playshop at Aware Hot Yoga. We will be working in groups of 3-4 people. The two-hour session will cover team building exercises, communication skills, consent practices, diving into the fundamentals of the playful acro yoga world and having a boat ton of FUN! Congratulations to Ally, Chelsea and all of our friends with the Wake Forest University Dance Team. We were lucky to have them in the studio recently as they prepared for the College Nationals Competition in Orlando. They brought the spirit of the old gold and black and won are the 2026 National Champions for Cheerleading and Dance Teams. Go Deacs!
