Join Us for Yoga in the Garden with Alexes Johnson of Yin Den Yoga!

This Saturday, May 3rd, from 10am-12:30pm.

We're excited to offer two free yoga sessions for parents and kids of all ages! Come unwind, connect with other families, find community, and enjoy a peaceful and energizing session at Church Childcare Center Plus.

Schedule:

Toddlers/Young [3-5yrs] - 10am-10:50am
🧘‍♀️Yoga Basics, Breathwork & Gentle Movement (10am-10:20am)
🍎Break for Tabling & Refreshments (10:20am-10:50am)

School Age [6+] - 11:20am-12:20pm
🧘‍♀️Yoga Basics, Breathwork, Gentle Movement and Energizing Balancing Sequence with Fun Acro/Partner Poses (11:20am-11:50am)
🍎Break for Tabling and Refreshments (11:50am-12:20pm)

Tips for Class:
- Dress in athletic or comfortable attire
- Yoga mats provided, but feel free to bring your own
- Limited blocks, straps, and props available for adult participants
