Our most recent adventure took us to the wild and wonderful Reynolda House Museum of American Art! 🖼️ One of their latest exhibits, "Layered Looking: Making Sense of Art," encouraged us to explore art through sound, touch, memory, and movement. 🧠 The concept behind this magnificent exhibit is to investigate what happens when we use our bodies to engage with the skill. This exciting sensory experience allowed us to view art from a whole new perspective. What a beautifully unique journey it was! 🙌

We had a fantastic time celebrating National Cereal Day! 🥣

Wellness Director Meagan showed us exactly what to look for when shopping for this delicious breakfast food. 🥄 We learned how important it is that our cereal bowls are packed with fiber and protein. A great way to meet our nutritional goals is to add some fresh fruit on top! 🍓 Did you know that the type of milk we use can change the whole bowl?! That's right! A milk that is higher in protein can enhance the nutritional value of our cereal. We then played an exciting round of "Guess the Cereal" before Members picked up their very own mini boxes to take home and enjoy! ☺️

Hoppy Easter! 🐰💐🧺🐥

Our weekend celebrations were filled with crafts, the sweetest treats, toe-tapping tunes, and plenty of laughter shared with friends and loved ones. We enjoyed Good Friday Services at St Paul's and Holy Family. On Sunday, the Easter Bunny hopped on by to make the day un-fur-gettable, filling our baskets and our hearts with so much joy. We climbed every mountain and followed every rainbow at our Sound of Music Signature Experience! 🏔️🎶

To start at the very beginning, our social team arranged a private showing of the beloved classic The Sound of Music at a local theatre. 🎭 With every note and every scene, we were transported straight to the rolling hills of the Swiss Alps. And just like Maria, we couldn’t help but let the music carry us! When it was time to feast, we skipped down the mountainside to the Hills are Alive dinner. From alpine-inspired décor to cozy, chalet-style vibes, it felt like we had stepped right into Austria. 🐐 Our dining team hit all the high notes, serving up a meal that had everyone saying “so long, farewell” to their empty plates. 👋 We enjoyed Bavarian pretzel bread with mountain Swiss fondue, smoked salmon, macaroni and cheese topped with crispy bacon and caramelized onions, and a scrumptious Alp-ple strudel. 🍏 We’ll be singing about this experience for a very long time! 🎤
