Quick weeknight meal! I didn’t have broccoli so I added frozen cauliflower and shelled edamame. A sprinkle of h**p seeds and a drizzle of Date Lady Sweet Chili Sauce made it all come together.

Here is a protein guide to go with previous post. I am kinda floored that I really should be getting 117-150g of protein a day... Adding in nuts, seeds, spirulina and increasing the serving size of beans will be beneficial for me. Develop a plan that works for you.

I had no idea … I thought they were truly just baby carrots. 🙄The last sentence about a chlorine bath is not completely true. They get sprayed with chlorine water which apparently is about how much chlorine is already in water, but still not natural. I will be looking for carrots at the farmers market pulled straight from the soil for a more non toxic alternative. Shann has found a good farmers market in King that is open during the week. We love fresh food!!!

Please read this if you are a beer drinker! This is a real concern with our age group where beer drinking has dramatically increased. There are organic beers to choose from - it's all about making better choices. I don't drink much these days, but Shann still likes his beer so we will be choosing better options. Here is a list I found of organic beers that are a better choice.
