Sookdeo Family Medicine primary care clinic opened its doors in October 2020, fueled by Dr Sookdeo's desire to contribute to the health of the community in which she resides and raises her family.

Her vision was to create a clinic that she would go to for her own care and so Sookdeo Family Medicine was started and grew with its range of services offered. Her awesome team consists of 4 dynamic women and a fantastic virtual assistant.
Dr Sookdeo is a dual Board-certified Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine Physician, she holds a master's in public health with Distinctions, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a member of the Menopause society and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians. She volunteers yearly as a Delegate to the Florida Medical Association House of delegates Assembly contributing to the development of the medical landscape of Florida.

She is trained in Laser skin and aesthetic treatments and microneedling for skin and hair restoration.
