These two lovebirds have been married for 64 years. When i first met them, she said she’d do anything i asked except give up chocolate milk.
After some diplomacy, we compromised: She would give up processed carbs in exchange for ad lib chocolate milk. She has lost 25 lbs (at age 83) since we met in 2023…
Her Husband (86 years young) lost 12 lbs just tagging along.
