5️⃣ pounds down! You guys- in all seriousness- one week ago my trainer 🏋🏾(in the nicest way possible) told me that I was MORBIDLY OBESE. And, since then I have found out that people don’t even use that term anymore because it is offensive. Now morbidly obese is called “class 3 obesity.”
🗯️I AM OFFENDED - at myself, y’all- whatever they want to call it now. 😢
I am at a significantly higher risk for cancer (YUCK), diabetes (YUCK) and heart disease (YUCK). Being morbidly obese even shortens your life by 14 yrs⚰️
NOPE! 🛑I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and putting myself at risk to spend the rest of my life actually SICK and tired. So, who’s with me?
