Health is wealth: Most of us have a desire to live healthier lives. This requires us to make changes to our everyday lifestyle. Starting a workout regimen & eating healthier are essential to being healthier overall. When we consider our health as wealth it helps us to place a premium on our lives. If we’re unhealthy, we aren’t fully capable of being our best selves. Contrastly, when we are healthy, we are able to live our best lives & be our best selves.
