Mindful Grace and Carter Therapy join forces to bring you this interactive etiquette workshop designed to empower young African Americans Grades 2nd - 5th and Middle School - High School students by fostering confidence, resilience, and self-love. Participants will learn essential life skills like handling racism and sexism with dignity, while celebrating their unique beauty and heritage. This workshop integrates confidence-building activities, discussions on self-worth, and grounding techniques through meditation, helping participants navigate challenges with grace and strength.
By the end of the workshop, students will leave with enhanced self-esteem, practical
strategies for managing difficult situations, and a greater appreciation for their individuality.
