The paving portion of the project is complete and cars can drive on it. They will be coming back next week to paint the parking lot lines and reattach the parking curbs. There is an issue with the front gate arms and we have already contacted our gate company to come out and take a look at it.

Residents living on Royal View Circle can come and go to their homes while the paving work is being done today and tomorrow. They can drive through the cones that are placed at the stop sign of Hyde Park Circle and of course be careful driving past the equipment and the crews working. Thank you.

I just got off the phone with the contractor for the paving that is still on track for Wednesday and Thursday. He did let me know that they will be blocking the main entrance off of Hwy 50 while the work is being done. So, we will have to use the back gate and the side gate to come in and out of the community. Thank you.
