What makes Soteria Pilates Teacher Training different?

At Soteria Education, our focus is *intelligent movement with real-world application*. That means going beyond memorizing repertoire and truly understanding the “why” behind what you teach.

Inside our program, you’ll learn:
• Spinal mechanics and how to manage load safely
• Strategies for joint stability *and* mobility
• How to cue clients with hypermobility or injuries
• Breath mechanics and deep core integration
• Thoughtful program design for both group classes and private sessions

Because the truth is, real clients don’t move like textbook examples.

Upon successful completion of our program, you will be fully prepared and eligible to sit for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) . We intentionally structure our curriculum to meet the depth, rigor, and competency standards required for national certification, something many training programs do not directly prepare students for.

Welcome to our one stop boutique studio. It is time to incorporate strength training partnered with Pilates.

Strength training that actually serves your body.

You’ll work with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, functional training tools, and TRX suspension trainers, using your own bodyweight to build control, stability, and strength through every range of motion.

Celebrating a big milestone at Soteria 🎉

Congrats to Kelly on hitting 100 classes and yes, those free socks are well earned! 👏 Your consistency, strength, and commitment do not go unnoticed, and we’re so proud to be part of your journey.

We also had an incredible Ladies Semi-Private Coaching group session focused on pelvic stability and core work using the Spine Corrector. Intentional movement, deeper connection, and building strength from the inside out exactly what Soteria is all about.

We’re still feeling the energy from today ✨

Our Pelvic Floor Workshop present by Ability Rehabilitation at the Winter Garden studio had an incredible turnout, and we’re so grateful to everyone who showed up, asked questions, and invested in their health.

The pelvic floor is a foundational part of how your body moves, stabilizes, and functions day to day yet it’s often overlooked.

Whether you’re working on core strength, recovering postpartum, improving posture, or simply wanting to feel more connected to your body, incorporating pelvic floor work into your routine can make a powerful difference.

Today was a reminder of how important education, movement, and community are and we loved every second of it.

We’re introducing a new way to train, small, intentional classes (6 people or less) paired with focused strength training designed to build power, stability, and confidence in every movement. → Answer questions without rushing
