In the behavioral health space, we know that consistency is key to progress. That's why itโ€™s so frustrating when a denied claim stalls a patient's journey. Often, these denials happen simply because a prior authorization wasnโ€™t confirmed beforehand.

This results in "sorting it all out" at your own cost, which only adds to the burnout many providers are already feeling. Taking a few minutes to verify benefits before the first session is an act of advocacy for your patientโ€™s uninterrupted care.

Follow along as we share more ways to simplify your practice management! ๐Ÿ’›

It's so frustrating when you do everything (follow the doctor's advice and get your child the help they need), and then your insurance company tries to tell you it isn't a "medical necessity."

In this clip from the fourth episode of the , Joe Feldman opens up about the exact moment that changed everything for him. He shares the story of getting his child into a residential program, only to have his insurance pull the rug out from under them.

This is a huge reminder why we need to keep pushing for a system that actually supports families instead of fighting them.
