🌺 Meet Jhoanna – Beloved Yoga Teacher & CAYTT Instructor 🌺
Jhoanna began her yoga journey in 2007, trading the hustle of Las Vegas for the simplicity of Puerto Rico. What started as post-workout stretching quickly became a path to inner peace and purpose.
A favorite teacher in Winter Haven, Jhoanna has been teaching for well over a decade, known for her nurturing, alignment-focused Vinyasa Flow and deeply grounding Yin Yoga classes. Her teaching blends strength (sthira) and ease (sukha) to help students find balance both on and off the mat.

In the Cosmic Awareness Yoga Teacher Training, Jhoanna shares her wisdom on:

Joyce is a deeply experienced and passionate yoga educator who brings wisdom, warmth, and authenticity to every class and training she leads.

📚 Currently completing her 800-hour Yoga Therapy Certification
Joyce began her yoga journey in 1999 and has been on a dedicated path of study and teaching ever since. Since 2014, her immersion into the deeper layers of yoga has included:
