Reiki Rendezvous

Step into a deeply nurturing experience guided by Tiffanie and Aaron. This unique session blends gentle, optional restorative yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. Aaron will support your body into restful poses using props, creating space for stillness and ease. Meanwhile, Reiki practitioners—including Tiffanie—will move around the room offering light, healing touch or hands-hovering energy work.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that works to clear blockages, restore energetic balance, and promote relaxation. Set to soft, calming music, this weekly offering provides a full-body reset for your nervous system and soul.

All are welcome—no yoga experience necessary. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.

Some days I just need to play extra bowls…..Today is a 10 bowl day. 😂 Really, I have a reason for playing so many bowls.

Lately, I’ve been diving deep into the space between sounds—using two crystal bowls of the same note, just slightly off in tuning (just a few cents apart), to create something truly magical: acoustic beats 💫

These gentle pulses aren’t electronic or digital—they’re real, physical waves of sound dancing through the room, naturally created when the bowls vibrate just out of sync.

🎶 The result? A rhythmic, undulating beat that:
• Calms the nervous system 🧠
• Induces meditative states 🧘‍♀️
• Harmonizes the energy field around us ✨

Some call it binaural, but this is vibrational entrainment in its purest, rawest form—no headphones, no tech. Just bowls, breath, and presence.
