Who wants to celebrate Cinco de Mayo? I do! Here is a healthy Skinny Chicken Queso for you to enjoy!
Ingredients :
Ingredients : • 12 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast shredded• 1 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded• 3/4 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt• 4 tbsp Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese• 1 cup Rotel Diced Tomatoes w/ green chilies• 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped•
Here’s what to do:
1 — First, preheat oven to 350*F.
2 — Next, cook and shred the chicken. Then add it with sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese (softened), Greek plain yogurt into a bowl. mix together pour lightly greased casserole dish.
3 — Bake for 20 minutes until heated thoroughly.
4 — While the cheese is heating, chop cilantro, mini sweet peppers (halved lengthwise, stems and seeds removed), celery into halves used for dipping.
5 — Then, serve hot!
