Any time is a good time to prioritize your mental health--but May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month!
This month I'll be offering a host of simple ideas to boost your family's mental health.
The first batch of tips are for de-stressing. Some ideas:
1) Let loose and have a random dance partyπ―ββοΈπ―ββοΈ Have your kiddos choose the song or play a throwback and show off your moves.
2) Take a walk while doing the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise
3) Set up a creative corner and create art together!
