For years, we’ve seen the same pattern.

People with disc-related back pain, sciatica, or nerve symptoms try everything — rest, injections, random care — and still feel stuck. Not because they didn’t try hard enough… but because their care was never built around how discs actually heal.

That’s why we’re introducing something new at The Newberry Clinic.

The ADR Program is a structured, diagnosis-led, non-surgical approach designed specifically for disc and nerve conditions. Instead of chasing symptoms, it focuses on identifying the injured disc, creating the right mechanical environment, and guiding healing through clearly defined phases.

This isn’t visit-based care.
It isn’t guesswork.
And it isn’t about temporary relief.

It’s about restoring stability, reducing flare-ups, and helping people regain confidence in their spine again.

If you’ve been told to “just live with it,” if past care hasn’t lasted, or if you’re trying to avoid bigger interventions, this may be the conversation you’ve been waiting for.

Call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s discuss how the ADR Program may be able to help you move forward.

The care you’ll find at The Newberry Clinic is different by design.

We don’t rush.
We don’t guess.
And we don’t chase symptoms.

Care here starts with understanding what’s actually going on — whether that’s muscle strain, disc stress, or nerve involvement — so the plan makes sense from the beginning. Everything we do is intentional, structured, and built around helping your body regain stability, function, and confidence.

This isn’t about quick fixes or endless visits.
It’s about clarity, progression, and long-term outcomes.

If you’ve felt unsure about past care, frustrated by short-term relief, or simply want a clearer path forward, this is the standard you can expect when you walk through our doors.

Call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s discuss how we may be able to help you get unstuck and moving forward again.

Pain is your body’s way of getting your attention, not the issue itself.
In many cases, especially with disc and nerve conditions, pain is simply the alarm going off because something underneath isn’t functioning the way it should.

When care focuses only on quieting the alarm, the root problem is left untouched — which is why pain so often comes back.

At The Newberry Clinic, the goal isn’t just to reduce pain.
It’s to understand what’s causing it and address that source directly.

If you’ve been managing symptoms without real answers, call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s discuss how we may be able to help you move forward.

We believe great care starts with trust. That means being approachable, attentive, and thoughtful at every step — from the front desk to the treatment room. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the care you’re receiving.

If you’ve ever felt rushed, dismissed, or unsure during past healthcare visits, you’ll feel the difference here.

Most people don’t struggle with back or nerve pain because they haven’t tried enough.

They struggle because their care might have not have ever been built around the actual problem. If this is you...it's NOT your fault!

Disc and nerve conditions don’t respond well to random visits, symptom chasing, or waiting things out. They require a clear diagnosis, the right mechanical environment, and enough time for real healing to occur.

That’s exactly why we’re rolling out something new at The Newberry Clinic.

The ADR Program is a structured, non-surgical approach created for disc bulges, herniations, degeneration, and nerve-related symptoms. It’s designed to move beyond short-term relief and focus on stability, resilience, and long-term function.

This is a guided process — not guesswork.
A plan — not a patch.
And a different path for people who feel stuck or unsure about their next step.

If you’ve tried care that helped briefly but didn’t last, or you’ve been told surgery is the only option, it may be time for a different conversation.

Call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s discuss how the ADR Program may be able to help you regain control and move forward with confidence.

NEW Shockwave Therapy at Newberry Clinic

We’ve added Shockwave Therapy as a new in-office service — and it’s already changing how we approach stubborn soft-tissue and musculoskeletal conditions.

Why Shockwave?

Shockwave Therapy uses targeted acoustic waves to:

✔ Stimulate local circulation
✔ Support tissue repair and remodeling
✔ Reduce chronic tension and irritation
✔ Re-activate areas that haven’t responded to rest or traditional care

This makes it especially valuable for conditions involving tendons, ligaments, fascia, and chronic muscle tightness.

The Newberry Clinic is always on the lookout for modern and proven ways to help you recover effectively and feel your best!

THE VOICE OF THE LEADERS IN CHIROPRACTIC HEALTH: The American Chiropractor and Life University point to the value and success of Spinal Decompression....

According to The American Chiropractor (Vol. 48, No. 1, 2026) the article titled "The Future of Nonsurgical Spinal Decompression is Now" shares that recent studies show that between 10% and 74% of back surgeries fail, and even when surgery is considered “successful,”“Your pain is typically decreased by 50%, but there are very few people who really have no pain after spinal fusion.”

The article also reports that one out of five spine-surgery patients is hospitalized again within 30 days, often due to infection or unmanageable pain — and over 26% ultimately require another surgical procedure.

Perhaps most importantly, the article states plainly:

“Surgery does not address what caused the condition in the first place. At best, it may reduce the patient’s symptoms.”

That is why our doctors begin with a diagnosis-led, conservative approach, using imaging and structured care to determine whether non-surgical options may be appropriate first. Healing the spine is not a single event — it happens in phases over time.

Surgery should never be a rushed decision. Patients deserve clarity, education, and a plan built around long-term outcomes.

At The Newberry Clinic, we are focused on providing state-of-the-art, modern, and proven care to help patients pursue long-term relief — without rushing into surgery! If you are tired of the struggle, stop by and let us know how we can provide you with the best care to help you find long-term relief!

Muscle pain usually heals quickly with rest and movement.
Disc pain is different. Discs take longer to recover and require the right structure and support to heal properly.

When disc injuries are treated like muscle strains, people often feel short-term relief — but the problem never fully resolves.
Understanding what is injured changes how care should be approached.

If you’ve been stuck cycling through relief without real progress, call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s talk about how we may be able to help.

Dr. Newberry uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Dr. Newberry takes a "whole person" approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Newberry will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient's individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.
