ATTENTION WINTER HAVEN RESIDENTS

If you’ve been living with back or neck pain and starting to feel like nothing is truly fixing the problem… there may be another option worth considering.

At The Newberry Clinic, we began noticing a pattern over the years.

Many people came to us with disc or nerve-related problems after already trying multiple types of care.
Some experienced short-term relief.
Others were told surgery might eventually be their only option.

But what many of these cases were missing wasn’t effort.

It was structure.

Disc and nerve conditions rarely improve with random or indefinite care.
They tend to respond better when treatment follows a clear, step-by-step progression with checkpoints that show whether healing is actually taking place.

That realization led us to build something new.

ADR™ (The Advanced Disc Recovery Program)

ADR is a diagnosis-led, non-surgical care pathway designed specifically for disc and nerve conditions.

Instead of open-ended care, the program follows defined phases that allow us to track how the disc and surrounding nerves respond over time:

• Early Response
• Stabilization
• Long-Term Resilience

This structured approach helps answer one of the most important questions early in care:

Is the disc actually improving?

ADR isn’t designed for every type of back or neck pain.
It’s reserved for patients who qualify after a proper evaluation.

However, if you’ve previously tried care but didn’t experience lasting improvement, this program may offer a more structured path forward.

If you’d like to learn whether ADR may be appropriate for your condition, call the clinic to request an ADR Evaluation.

Many people experience relief early on, only to lose progress weeks or months later.
That often happens when the disc or spine never fully regained stability.

Short-term improvement feels encouraging, but without completing the healing process, symptoms tend to return under everyday stress.

Lasting results require more than quick fixes — they require a clear plan and enough time for real change.

If you’ve wondered why your progress never held, call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s discuss how we may be able to help.

Why We Built Something New at Newberry Clinic...

Over the years, we kept noticing the same pattern.

Patients would come in with disc or nerve-related problems after trying several types of care. Some had temporary relief. Others had been told surgery might eventually be the next step.

But what many of these cases were missing wasn’t effort.

It was structure.

Disc and nerve conditions don’t respond well to random or indefinite care. They respond best when treatment follows a clear progression with checkpoints that show whether healing is actually happening.

That realization led us to develop something new.

ADR™ — the Advanced Disc Recovery Program.

ADR is a diagnosis-led, non-surgical care pathway designed specifically for disc and nerve conditions.

Instead of open-ended treatment, the program follows defined phases that allow us to monitor how the disc and surrounding nerves respond over time:

• Early Response
• Stabilization
• Long-Term Resilience

This structure helps us answer the most important question early in care:

Is the disc actually improving?

ADR is not designed for every type of back or neck pain.
It’s reserved for qualified candidates after an evaluation.

If you’ve previously tried care but didn’t experience lasting improvement, this program may offer a more structured path forward.

Shockwave Therapy NOW at Newberry Clinic

We’re excited to now offer Shockwave Therapy as part of our in-office services — adding another modern, research-backed tool to support recovery when tissues aren’t responding as expected.

What makes Shockwave valuable?

Shockwave Therapy delivers focused acoustic waves that help:

✔ Encourage blood flow to targeted areas
✔ Support the body’s natural tissue repair process
✔ Break up chronic tightness and restriction
✔ Re-engage areas that have become stubborn over time

This approach is commonly used for tendon issues, ligament stress, fascia restrictions, and long-standing muscle tension — especially when progress has slowed.

At Newberry Clinic, we’re intentional about the tools we bring in.

Every service we offer must support effective recovery, thoughtful care planning, and long-term results — not just short-term relief!

02/28/2026

The ADR™ Program is focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of disc and nerve-related issues — not just managing symptoms like pain.

✔ Diagnosis-led
✔ Disc & nerve focused
✔ Built for long-term stability

For years, we’ve seen the same pattern.

People with disc-related back pain, sciatica, or nerve symptoms try everything — rest, injections, random care — and still feel stuck. Not because they didn’t try hard enough… but because their care was never built around how discs actually heal.

That’s why we’re introducing something new at The Newberry Clinic.

The ADR Program is a structured, diagnosis-led, non-surgical approach designed specifically for disc and nerve conditions. Instead of chasing symptoms, it focuses on identifying the injured disc, creating the right mechanical environment, and guiding healing through clearly defined phases.

This isn’t visit-based care.
It isn’t guesswork.
And it isn’t about temporary relief.

It’s about restoring stability, reducing flare-ups, and helping people regain confidence in their spine again.

If you’ve been told to “just live with it,” if past care hasn’t lasted, or if you’re trying to avoid bigger interventions, this may be the conversation you’ve been waiting for.

Call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s discuss how the ADR Program may be able to help you move forward.

The care you’ll find at The Newberry Clinic is different by design.

We don’t rush.
We don’t guess.
And we don’t chase symptoms.

Care here starts with understanding what’s actually going on — whether that’s muscle strain, disc stress, or nerve involvement — so the plan makes sense from the beginning. Everything we do is intentional, structured, and built around helping your body regain stability, function, and confidence.

This isn’t about quick fixes or endless visits.
It’s about clarity, progression, and long-term outcomes.

If you’ve felt unsure about past care, frustrated by short-term relief, or simply want a clearer path forward, this is the standard you can expect when you walk through our doors.

Call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s discuss how we may be able to help you get unstuck and moving forward again.

Pain is your body’s way of getting your attention, not the issue itself.
In many cases, especially with disc and nerve conditions, pain is simply the alarm going off because something underneath isn’t functioning the way it should.

When care focuses only on quieting the alarm, the root problem is left untouched — which is why pain so often comes back.

At The Newberry Clinic, the goal isn’t just to reduce pain.
It’s to understand what’s causing it and address that source directly.

If you’ve been managing symptoms without real answers, call The Newberry Clinic at (863) 293-3893 and let’s discuss how we may be able to help you move forward.

Dr. Newberry uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Dr. Newberry takes a "whole person" approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Newberry will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient's individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.
