All ages have access to a full range of primary care services within the system. Services are provided regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. An up-to-date approved fee schedule based on the most current federal poverty guidelines is available and accessible. Patient health education and services offered are available in English and Spanish, and patients with reading difficulty are provided with assistance.

In observance of Independence Day, Central Florida Health Care will be closed on Friday, July 4th.

Our Winter Haven and Lakeland Health Centers will be open during their regular business hours on Saturday, July 5th and all locations will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 7th.
