✨ Caregiver Champions ✨ is a heartfelt initiative that we are proud to have launched this year. 🚀

We have equipped every single one of our team members with the ability to purchase gifts and provide recognition to our caregivers all day, every day. So far they have celebrated caregivers hard work with thoughtful things like flowers, gift cards, cozy gift baskets, taking them out to breakfast, and more. 💐🎁

What has grown from this initiative is something truly special. Moments of kindness, unexpected surprises, and gratitude. This initiative is helping us shape a culture where caregivers feel seen, valued, and celebrated every day. 💙

Meet Selena, our bright and joyful 4-year-old who fills every space with sunshine! ☀️💛
 Selena has spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia, Strudwick-type, but nothing slows down her incredible spirit. Her personality is big, bold, and beautifully contagious!

She loves her tablet time, sound books, and watching Ms. Rachel. And when music starts playing? Selena glows! She also shares her days with her sweet dog, Gucci, who brings her even more joy! 🐾✨

Selena reminds us every day what pure happiness looks like. We’re so grateful she’s part of our Atlantic Care family! 💙

We are so proud to recognize Rachel P. as our September Caregiver of the Month! 🎉

Rachel consistently goes the extra mile for both her patients and her team. She is always ready to step in and support AMFC families! Her dedication truly shines through, whether she’s helping on short notice or spending her Saturday completing a field competency check for a new patient’s grandmother so that care could begin the very next day.

Her compassion, reliability, and willingness to show up at any moment perfectly embody the heart of Atlantic Care’s mission.

We are incredibly grateful for her teamwork and for the exceptional care she provides each and every day!🩵✨

This week our team had the honor of delivering food to 8 families in need - and we’re not done yet. We partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida to make this possible, and we’re so grateful for their support. 💛

This October we held our first ever Leadership Summit! The event brought together all of our managers and executives to learn, connect, and grow through the lens of servant leadership. 💡🤝

“Servant Leadership means leading with others in mind first - putting people before power. It’s about lifting others up, listening with empathy, and helping every team member grow so that together, we can do our best work.”

Yesterday, our team proudly attended the Volusia County Legislative Delegation alongside a representative from the Home Care Association of Florida. 💙

These annual meetings give local organizations, businesses, and citizens the opportunity to advocate for the bills that shape our communities.

Our Chief Nursing Officer, Jen Ceballos, spoke passionately in support of HB 391 and Senate Bill 1156 — critical legislation that allows parents of medically fragile children to provide care at home while earning a full-time income.

We also urged our state senators and representatives to focus on legislation in the upcoming year that ensures these parents can keep their Medicaid eligibility while doing this vital work.

At Atlantic Care Services, we’ll always show up to advocate for the families we serve. 🫶

Meet Gia — sunshine in motion! ☀️💜

On September 15th, Gia celebrated her 15th birthday, and she continues to fill every day with laughter, energy, and light. Developmentally, she’s more like a busy, curious 3-year-old — always on the move and full of wonder. Whether she’s reading books, dancing to her favorite tunes, or enjoying a stroll outside, Gia radiates pure joy. 🌸🎶

Gia lives with a rare chromosomal disorder that makes her medically complex and physically fragile. She has low muscle tone and early signs of osteoporosis, so gentle, consistent activity is an important part of helping her stay strong and safe. 💪💜

Though she’s nonverbal, Gia communicates in her own special way — through her expressions, sounds, and loving presence. She thrives on attention, engagement, and connection — reminding us that love doesn’t need words. Gia’s joy is contagious, her spirit inspiring, and her laughter an everyday reminder of what truly matters: love, patience, and the simple beauty of being together. 🌈

They say not all heroes wear capes — and Neena is proof! 💪 Known as a silent ninja, she consistently goes above and beyond without ever seeking the spotlight. Reliable, kind, and precise to a T, Neena quietly makes magic happen behind the scenes — stepping up on her own, bridging communication across departments, and taking ownership of every detail (even the tricky ones!).

Our 2nd Annual Picnic in the Park was one to remember! The day brought together our nurses, patients, families, and staff for times filled with laughter and connection. 💙 ☀️

From face painting 🎨 to fire trucks 🚒, every moment was a reminder of why we love what we do. Thank you to everyone who came out, we’ll see you next year!
