We had a wonderful evening connecting with colleagues at the Creative Connections Series: Breathe & Restore event hosted by the Mental Health Counselors of Central Florida and held in partnership with Totally Psyched.

This gathering provided mental health professionals an opportunity to pause, recharge, and build meaningful connections outside of the therapy room. Spending time in the salt room and sauna while sharing conversation with fellow clinicians created a relaxed environment that reminded us how important community and support are within our profession.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a meaningful experience. We look forward to many more opportunities to connect throughout the year. 💚

Some experiences don’t feel “in the past” — even when years have gone by. If you’re living with intrusive memories, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, or a constant sense of dread, you are not alone.

Supportive Counseling, LLC offers Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) — an evidence-based, structured trauma-processing approach designed for complex and cumulative trauma. NET helps you organize traumatic memories into a clear life story, so your brain and body can begin to recognize: it happened then… and you are safe now.

✅ Available via secure Telehealth for women in Florida & Colorado
🚶‍♀️ Also available through Walk & Talk Therapy (select Florida locations), when clinically appropriate

If you’re ready to explore trauma therapy that is compassionate, structured, and deeply respectful of your story, we would be honored to support you.
