Join us Sunday night, January 11 from 7:45–8:45 PM, for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra experience.
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that brings the body into profound relaxation while keeping the mind gently aware. It can help reduce stress, improve sleep, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed. 🌙💫
Christina will be leading this special session right after our Yin class — and if you attend Yin and stay for Yoga Nidra, you’ll enhance the benefits even more with a smoother transition into rest and release.
