Every September I offer a sports internship program at the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy. The Sports Internship Program is for those massage therapist that want to specialize in working with athletes.
The sports internship consists of 11 weeks of working at the University of Central Florida Athleteic Training room. During that 11 week experience you also attend 4 weekend workshops which are targeted at different aspects of sports massage. In all it includes over 105 hours of specific education in sports massage.
