🌸Happy Mother’s Day!

To all the moms out there- I see you, I appreciate you, I’m jealous of how much you have it all together!
And before you say, “Oh No I don’t have it all together!”

It’s okay. None of us do.🤪

When I meet you and your eyes are red and sleepy, I know you were up at the oddest hours caring for your family in ways no one could maintain or perform consistently.

When I have to write things down and send follow-up texts to remind you, I know your mental load is 10-fold going over individual kid schedules, doctors appointments, play dates, spirit days, family and friend event’s, and more.

When you say you don’t have time to get these stretches or exercises in, I know your body is already running, jumping, lunging, and picking up the heaviest weights 12-18 hours a day.

When you’re feeling guilty of the screen time, easy Happy Meals, out of whack sleep schedules, sugar rushes to coax your kid to do something - I am there to remind you that YOU’RE THE MOST AMAZING MOTHER!! (*I might be reminding myself that too for probably those specific guilty moments!)

Mothering is hard. When you need help- Ask. When help is offered -Allow what you’re ready for! Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms who are guilty of loving their kids too much! I love you! 🌸

I know that feels like forever and a day away, but summer....is coming🐺☀️. *Please let this also be a reminder to sign up for those summer camps NOW 🤪- IYKYK - this class is not a summer camp just a one 2-hr class, which is also NOT a series. Just listed as dates for each month for your scheduling convenience.

🧐Parents, quick questions about your daughters? Are you starting to see little breast buds, notice an increase or change in discharge in her underwear (when you’re likely doing the laundry), is she asking about small hairs in her armpit or elsewhere?! Did she somehow already outgrow the outfit she wore over the break?! Is she just curious about changes that are or going to happen!? That’s awesome!! 🤩

If this sounds like your holiday break - let’s make it a 2025 thing to learn more about ourselves, be empowered, and get ready to advocate for what our growing bodies need! ⭐️Monthly Dates are LIVE for January through August for A Class for Girls⭐️

Classes will be held at a NEW Location, the incredible conveniently located near I-4 (Express exits) and 436 (in Altamonte Springs). This class is not a series, so no need to book multiple classes- but please tell your friends and neighbors. Each class is its own jam-packed interactive course that covers [most] all you need to know to start/continue and grow conversations around the very normal parts of growing up with a v***a and/or va**na! That’s right - let’s say those words!!!!

🚙Hopefully you’re driving/staying somewhere safe, gearing up to clock into your emergency shift (our EMT, hospitalists, and medical families- THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!!), finished securing your home, or are cozying up with neighbors and family as Milton approaches Florida.

💨Remember to take lots of deep breaths in the coming hours and days.
😬Unclench your jaws, let your shoulders relax. Get in some good snuggles with family, friends (who want or need a good hug), and pets.

✅Check in with family, friends, and local businesses to see how you can help/when/if they need help (this goes for our NC, LA, TX, GA, I think the whole SouthEast of the US) with monetary donations, supplies, or if you fared well and are local to the area (washing laundry, cooking food, watching their kids or pets if they ask).

*Please note I started eating my snacks in my pantry AFTER I did all my hurricane prep! [….or was this pic from literally any other day hiding in a pantry to eat all my kids snacks 😉]
