We are excited to introduce Liz, our Lead Massage Therapist. Liz brings 25 years of experience as a massage therapist and has been a valued member of the Spavia team for the past six years. In addition to her extensive massage therapy background, Liz is also a licensed physical therapist and holds certifications in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine. She is passionate about holistic healing and believes in healing from the inside out. Outside of work, Liz enjoys running, mud racing, cooking, and traveling. Her favorite hobby is volunteering her medical massage services for individuals with cancer and children with autism.
