We are going to get a small supply of Pfizer vaccine next week - keep an eye out for a link on the website. We can do first or second doses for kids 12 and up along with other shots they need and sports forms. Shoot me and email or phone call if you have questions about your kids.

We are sad to announce that Dr Hankla will be leaving Byers Peak Family Medicine at the end of May. Below is a copy of her announcement which is also available on our website.

Another opportunity for COVID Vaccine TODAY - March 17th! (MUST meet one of the criteria below)

If you fit one of the criteria below and want a COVID Vaccine, MPH will be administering COVID Vaccines at River Run in Granby from 10am-2pm. You do not need an appointment for today’s vaccine clinic nor do you need to call ahead of time, just come by after 10am and before 1pm to get a vaccine.



· People age 60+.

· People with two or more high risk conditions.

· High and moderate risk health care workers and first responders.

· Correctional workers.

· Funeral services.

· PK-12 educators and staff.

· Child care workers in licensed child care facilities.

· Frontline essential workers in grocery and agriculture.*

We have received a lot of questions today about people over 70 who are not patients at Middle Park Health. We appreciate your patience as the logistics of vaccine rollout continue to work themselves out. We are hopeful to have vaccine in our clinic in the next two weeks and will begin the same process of calling patients on our list to get them vaccinated as quickly as possible.

We and/or public health will contact you as more and more vaccine becomes available.

Starting Thursday, Middle Park Health will begin vaccinating Grand County residents age 70 and older against the coronavirus.
