We wanted to share how we improve symmetry and straightening during endonasal rhinoplasty using the low strip technique of the septum. We also performed a nostril reduction to further improve overall symmetry.

Our understanding of the complex deep facial anatomy and surgeon collaboration is better than ever before - excellent outcomes require true anatomic mastery and a lifelong commitment to learning. A passion for beautiful and undetectable results requires full ligamentous release and revectoring of facia and muscle, while avoiding the land mines of facial fillers and scar tissue from heat based devices.

For these reasons I am fortunate to have attended, for the 3rd year since its inception, at the annual BYTM conference, spending time with a small and elite group of surgeons that are committed to continuously improving and optimizing the most cutting edge (and controversial!) topics in modern deep plane facelift surgery.
In addition to seeing some old friends, the best part was being in a lab with surgeons who specialize in different areas of facial plastic surgery, and learning and sharing insights and experiences with international experts.
My colleagues are like-minded surgeons who are truly passionate about facial plastic surgery and committed to improving outcomes and patient safety, with natural and tasteful results. I appreciate their professionalism and rational judgement - I’m proud to call them friends and colleagues!
