For over 30 years, Hope & Help of Central Florida has been at the forefront of HIV prevention and care in Central Florida.

As a not-for-profit health center, they provide HIV, STD, and Hepatitis C testing, treatment, and primary medical care—ensuring individuals have access to the support they need to live healthier lives.

Through community outreach, education, and awareness campaigns, Hope & Help continues to inspire, equip, and mobilize people to take action against HIV/AIDS.

This Black History Month, we honor the Black activists and health leaders working to change the narrative around HIV in Black communities. Ending stigma, increasing access to care, and having honest conversations about s*xual health are critical to advancing health equity and justice.

Frank discussions around s*x, pleasure, trans solidarity, and improved medical care could all help ease HIV's disproportionate impact.

Our support groups are safe, welcoming spaces where individuals can share, learn, and feel less alone.

💙 RESTART is a warm, supportive group for men who have s*x with men living with HIV and their support systems. This monthly group of long-term survivors centers on reducing isolation and encouraging open conversations about living with HIV.

💜 RISE is an inspirational group for women living with HIV, focused on self-awareness, inner healing, independence, and defining womanhood on their own terms.

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. We’re here.
