Wendy, Resident Care Specialist at Watercrest Winter Park, brings empathy to every shift and every interaction. Her commitment stems from a lifelong passion to care for others, inspired by the generations that came before her. “I feel a sense of pride and responsibility, just as they cared for us in their time, I now have the opportunity to return that care,” Wendy shares. “That childhood dream of helping others has stayed with me, and it continues to inspire the work I do every day.”

He is on duty first, supporting his person with a calm, steady presence, but we are glad he is a part of our days, providing cuddles and love wherever he goes. If you spot Marley working around the community, don't forget to give him a nice belly rub when you walk by!

When Matthew first joined our team, he quickly showed his commitment in every role and his growth has followed. Now, he’s been promoted four times and leads as Executive Chef! That trust came not just from leadership, but from peers who brought his name forward before the position was even open.
