Physicians and families caring for children with autism spectrum disorder often ask the same question: what safe, research-backed options are available?
At AdiaMed, we are studying whether umbilical cord blood stem cells and exosomes (one hundred million stem cells and three trillion exosomes), with or without glutathione, may help address the neuroinflammatory component associated with autism spectrum disorder in an IRB-approved, ClinicalTrials.gov-listed study.
Our goal is to better understand this approach in a robust clinical research setting and help identify whether certain patients may be appropriate candidates for the study.
