Dear Valued Friends As the holidays are around the corner I wanted to reshare some of the practices and maintaining safe daily habits in order to reduce our risk of exposure to COVID-19. Remember: We are all in this together!
As always, I will be practicing the strictest sterilization and disinfection procedures. There will be a few changes to the way you enter and move about the office. I know somethings may seem a bit overboard, but all our safety is paramount. Also I may add Sundays to spread out my schedule. I will take my temperature upon arrival and encourage you do the same.

when scheduling your appointments please ask yourself these following questions:

If you answer “yes” to any of the following questions, please call to reschedule.

1. Have you or any member of your household experienced any symptoms of covid19 within the last 14 days?
Symptoms of covid19 include:
fever
fatigue
dry cough
sore throat
muscle pain
chills
headache
difficulty breathing
new loss of taste or smell
2. Have you or any member of your household been diagnosed with covid19 within the last 30 days?
3. Have you or any member of your household knowingly been exposed to anyone with covid19 within the last 30 days?

Please remain in your vehicle and send a text to let me know that you are here. I will text you back when I am ready for you to enter.

Please allow me to open the door for you. You will be required to sanitize your hands prior to entering and I will lead you directly to your treatment room.
Please arrive to your appointment alone. Children, family and friends are not allowed to wait inside unless they have an appointment scheduled.
Please limit the items you bring in with you to keys, wallet, and phone. No food or drinks please!
I miss your hugs but unfortunately I will have no touch greetings for a while.
I would prefer “touch-less” payment methods such as cash or check at this time.
I ask that you please remain in your treatment room throughout your time in the office. All payments, collecting of products, or scheduling will be done inside the treatment room. We kindly ask to limit the amount of time outside of the treatment room including the lobby and restroom. Staying in your treatment room and limiting surfaces touched will help us cut down on common used areas and control our disinfecting process better.
Whilst some of you may not yet be comfortable with coming in for treatment. I completely understand. I would like you to keep in mind that products are available for curb side pick up. I appreciate all of your support in shopping small. I am also available for one on one contact free consultations and looking forward to seeing you again. UPDATE. Surgery is scheduled, August 20th I’m feeling strong and ready for this next step. More updates to come. There is still time to schedule your appointment.

Hello, I hope you all are having a great summer. Please don't forget to apply and reapply your sunscreen.
I am writing to inform you that I will be taking medical leave for surgery, starting on Tuesday August 19th and estimated to be out till mid-September to Early October.
