A basic skincare routine involves cleansing, toning , moisturizing, and applying sunscreen (SPF) daily to protect and hydrate skin, with optional treatments like serums for specific concerns and exfoliation/masks 1-2 times weekly for deeper care, always tailoring products to your skin type.
Step One Cleansing
Morning and Evening Gently wash your face with a mild cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and impurities, patting dry.
Step Two Serums
Apply serums (like Vitamin C in the morning for protection, or retinol at night for anti-aging) to target issues like dullness or fine lines. Many other options to target specific concerns.
Step Three Moisturizer
Hydrate your skin to support its protective barrier.
Step Four Protect
Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) as the final step to shield from UV damage.
Step Five
Eye Cream is a must for the delicate eye area.
AM/PM
As much as I recommend a facial monthly to every six weeks if one can’t make facial a priority then home care is a must .
