In issues with the back, there are dozens of solutions and just as many great doctors trying to help. With issues going back forty years due to sports injuries, I have tried a dozen cures. Many helped. Some for a few weeks, some for a few months, but always the next cycle was a step lower. Walking was limited to a few feet with a cane.

Desperate for a solution other than back surgery I found decompression. After learning more about Disc Centers, I realized they were different from other decompressions I had tried. The method they used provided a more targeted approach to the pressure. The application mechanics were variable pressure and releases, which were also different. This worked much better.

After half my sessions, I was able to walk quite a distance without pain for the first time in two years. Following both the schedule, taking care not to reverse gains with heavy lifting, and taking the recommended nutrients seemed to help my results.
