They are all over social media, many even have credentials after their names, it’s still the same pitch…. The Cure!
It takes a very comprehensive look at an individual, their symptoms, bloodwork and scans to really understand what is going on.
Many of these miracle cures just bombard the body with things that mask the true problem.
Find an advocate that can look at you as a whole.
Our medical system is so specialized that everyone tries to fit you into their specialty.
We are individuals with individual needs.

Now that I have your attention the simplest rule for loosing weight;
Expend more calories than you consume.

Calories are used in movement. You need to move more.
Calories are obtained from what you eat and drink. You have to eat and drink less.

Please post all your reasons this doesn’t apply to you.

Looking at social media I see so many people posting absolutely incorrect information as fact so that they can get clicks and likes. Some may even make money off sales of products. People look at this stuff and never bother to verify if it’s true. Much of it can be disproven with basic science from high school.
Well I can’t be quiet about it so I’m going to attempt to post actual information.

Meet Indi. Indi was my surgery day buddy and now he is Leah’s recovery buddy. He had been with since she got into ICU after surgery. Leah gave him his name today.
