📸 Speaking Event Highlight | CrossLife Church – Just Among Moms (JAMs) JAM-Just Among Moms

Dwight had the privilege of joining Kimberly, LMHC, for an impactful conversation with the Just Among Moms group at CrossLife Church. Together, they explored one of today’s biggest challenges for families — screen addiction in kids — and how parents can take proactive steps to protect their children’s mental health. 💬

Drawing insights from “Free the Anxious Generation” by Jonathan Haidt and “Building Brain Health for Mentally Strong Kids” by Daniel Amen, Dwight and Kimberly discussed practical solutions such as:
📱 Determining the right age to introduce a smartphone
🚫 Setting healthy boundaries by saying “no” to social media at a young age
🧠 Building strong brain health and emotional resilience from the start

It was an encouraging morning filled with learning, laughter, and powerful insight — not only from Dwight and Kimberly, but also from the moms who shared their own experiences and ideas for raising a stronger, healthier generation. 💙
